I will be participating in the exercise program offered through Sarah Fisher fitness. I recognize that the program may involve strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, muscle strength and endurance training, cardiovascular conditioning, and other various fitness activities. I hereby affirm that you are in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition which would prevent or limits your participation in this program. I acknowledge that my enrollment and subsequent participation is purely voluntary and in no way mandated by Sarah Fisher fitness.

In consideration of my participation in the program I hereby release Sarah Fisher fitness, it's staff and it's members from any claims, demands, and causes of action as a result of my voluntary participation.

I fully understand that I may injure myself as a result of my subsequent participation in this program and I hereby release Sarah Fisher fitness from any liability now or in the future for conditions that I may obtain as a result of my participation in activities directly or indirectly related to my involvement therein. These conditions include, but are not limited to, heart attacks, muscle strains, muscle pulls, muscle tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, injuries to knees, injuries to back, injuries to foot, or any other illness or soreness that I may injure, including death.

PROMOTIONAL PRICING DEVICES AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We are not able to accommodate a price adjustment after Your purchase.

CHARGEBACKS

​​You agree to make every attempt to file a refund prior to attempting a chargeback with Your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, You expressly agree to forfeit any and all of Our bonuses, affiliate bonuses, or other materials afforded to You in exchange for Your original purchase of Our Offering. REVOCATION​ ​OF​ ​ACCESS
